Yellow Parasol

Reasons for starts.

The yellow parasol was the reason for picking this view. The shallow water great for children to play in, a hot busy beach.

I fumbled with a new camera set-up, thinking to be smart, but then the battery gave. These things. Camera on a stick was blowing in the wind too. So, next time, again with "standard" tripod.

But I got something. I sped it up. Can't use it, but you might like this start recording.

Fun why we choose a view, choose a spot. Painters in the USA paint the red barns, probably not because it's a barn, but because it's red.
Here I chose for that same color reason. That yellow unfolded strong contrasting yellow parasol...
And that red towl! So bright, orangy-red.

Because of experience we know then that the shallow water in front will at least stay for two hours and that the crowded beach will provide playing children there.

The weather did change and my easel did scare folks off a bit.
So, next time, I'll also start with the children playing. I worried they'd open the parasol, but that stayed.
