Twinkling Before Sunset

I think an outdoor painter has specific fascinations, these are probably personal and connected to the painter's surroundings, the landscape you are used to, the landscape you love most, and within the land you probably have favourite aspects, items, moments.

For me, one of many fascinations, is the twinkling on water.
And as moments, seasons come and go, there's always again a moment to study further into this 'thing'. And so, that's the reason for this painting (and painting 80).

There can be years in between, the fascinations are like drawers in a big cabinet. When you can study it again more, you open the drawer and continue upon previous experiences.
