Sunrise & Snow
Catching it!
Here all snow had vanished in the time I started and ended the painting.
The beauty of the landscape changed 180 degrees when I had finished:
See, it's a construction site (!!) I'm at, and that wonderful white blanket + the sun rising does wonders. But when it turned to just steel, mud and sand, well, there's your 180 degrees.

The snow had melted all around me when I finished.
I didn't even tell about the long drive to get here, though the dark morning, and all this effort to 1- catch the rising sun, over a -2- field with snow!
Here in Holland it sometimes takes an hour drive, a two hour drive to go from 'no-snow' to 'yes-snow'.
