The Greatest Show In the World

Outside and in nature.

A fun day, and wet, rain did pour at the end of the session, but when your painting is already covered in paint, the rain can't break the surface. I did put the umbrella up.

I love the changing weather, here it was already cloudy and grey but I hoped for light to come towards sunset.

And yes, we did get a stunning view. And we left a dark grey rainy beach. So you've got to paint in between the bad moments: then you'll see (and you can paint) glorious unexpected beauty.

I began with a different view, and often I'll change the painting along with the change in nature IF I'm not far enough in.

Here is a further stage, but not yet done

Nature = The Greatest Show
(And nothing 'man-made' can compare)

Nature can show you the good side of this life, real beauty and wonder, perfection in the imperfection.
When the world turns into a 'clown show', return to nature, keep your peace. Be the spectator, instead of falling into division of created 'camps' (falling for the bait).
That's the middle path. The third option in a 'dualistic game'. 
It's about each his/her personal development. If this is 'earth school', you cannot change the school, but you can graduate.
You can live by example. Show your choices. But you cannot live another's life.
So, let go of needing to change other people's choices.
Make your garden feed you with healthy food. Become an outdoor painter.
Nature feeds heart and soul.
