Seascape Magic Sparks

Study Light.

The sparklings on the water or ocean got a special place in my heart since I heard an astrologer speaking of Salacia, goddess of this sparkling, dolphins, and such, representing the light and its magic. (Also as a planet/star influencing 'light' in our life, more: find Pam Gregory on YT.)

This painting is dedicated to those sparklings, and therefore I zoomed all in and 'danced' getting it in (into paint) as strong as I saw it and its colors.

You can see rainbows around candlelight, you can see refractions of pure color around the sun and so it's with the reflection sparkles.
Yellows, reddish light, turquoise light, translated to colored greys, the purple side, the turquoise side and the warmer sides in grey are placed next to the highlights.
Also, what struck me that day was it's great vertical effect. Conditions are always different, as in the scene image below shows, perhaps reflections are stronger when there is also an element of grey in the sky. (Or change of weather at bay.)

All those colors! As these are phonepics, contrasts are off, but it gives an idea of the 'weaving' aspect to convey what was seen...
