I love how strong sunlight is. Especially in the morning, it will be the warmest light.
These new floral paintings were all painted in Gouache. Just as an experiment, what this medium can do.
I promised you this answer: ... to explain Why it's so good to paint out of doors, even when you're painting a still-life: the passing light, the shifting changes will keep you on your toes: you'll have to direct all your attention and energy to painting. You'll have to be done in time; before the light has shifted from right to left. I think 'Haste' can be a tool, helping you to focus better.
