Meadow & Water

Rendering Darks.

Overcast can change the blacks to a warmer side.
During overcast, or when having less blue reflected from the sky, the warmer colors will be easier to see.

When it's rainy for example, the reds in the grass, dirt will stand out way more. You'll see yourself using more reds, brows, in the grass, but also for the cows. Their white backs often turn more yellow/creamy too, but that's when they're soaked by rain.

Water is a great element to have in your painting, adding two more components to a composition! Water itself & the reflections.
