Painting a Crocus in Gouache
The First Crocus of the Season.
It was windy out, very VERY cold when I started with the first crocus painting in March. Tried working outdoors, but took it indoors, in my kitchen, in the sunlight, but the light shifted oh so rapidly. Below you can see that.
So I was chasing this light!
This is gouache again.
