Light is all I care about. The darks are so welcome in this.

Suspension. Effects.

I hope more will come here again, joining me on the beach. We often have these kinds of days. And wouldn’t you enjoy it, being there painting? Haha! It will be rain or shine.

Many have been with me over the years. Hiding in the beach restaurant because it was just TOO BAD, pouring with rain. And seeing rainbows, in wonder and in awe. All these memories.

Often I'm also a little bit disappointed when we have clear blue skies in Spring or Autumn.
BUT: I do invite you in for AUGUST this year. With a potential lockdown coming, I think August is still a good bet. AND: then we'll have the figures on the beach. The bikini people, the swimmers, the playing kids in the shoreline. A whole NEW subject matter for most artists who've been here only in March or September.
Summer really gives different seascapes.
