Cows in Shadow

Seize the moment.

It was already far into Autumn, but you can find those sporadic Summerish days. I sniff the pinks in the air and I know I have to drive around for a good spot.

Here again, early in the day (after it got overcast as the scene pic shows), and the long shadow is the reason for this spot and composition.
I just love combining the shadows and the lights.

Yes, the cows did walk away, so it was again not easy.
Paying real good attention to the cows, when they ARE there helps in solving ‘open spots’ (unpainted parts of the cows or other) when they have gone and don’t return.

When I finished all had changed. The sky, the cows, the shadow.
Yes, we capture the moment quite literally.
