This was painted in the morning twilight, when the yellow lights still stood out from the greyish.
This moment passed so quick.
You can say this is still a nocturne. On the edge of day and night. The way I created this is the same as nocturnes from this spot. To mostly focus on values. Below you'll find a link to a blog post will all TIPS as to how I created these cityscape nocturne.
