Tree Blossom
Pink Blossom.
Tree blossom, it's pretty, and difficult to paint it sometimes.
Distracted by all of the details, painting convincing light gets to take the backseat, which is never a good thing.
I probably sat too close.
This is gouache. When you'd need a lot of variations of a color you might be better off using oil paints. Testing and trying!
